This event, organized by the Maison Internationale des Associations (MIA) in collaboration with the Centre en philanthropie de l’Université de Genève (GCP) and proFonds (Association faîtière des fondations d’utilité publique de Suisse), will feature Giulia Neri-Castracane, Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, UNIGE, and Vincent Pfammatter, Partner at Walder Wyss, member of the proFonds Committee and GCP Academic Fellow.
Speakers will provide a comprehensive overview of legislative and regulatory changes, as well as the main case law developments of 2023 and the first half of 2024 that have had an impact on Swiss associations and foundations.
